Renewable Energy and Biofuel

In terms of biofuel renewable energy programs, Brazil is the most successful of all. In fact, 18% of their automotive fuel comes from ethanol. The country mainly uses sugarcane in the production of ethanol. Although, when it comes to ethanol production, it is still the United States that has the highest production. Other countries that are also producing bio-fuels include China, Thailand, Canada, India, Colombia, Australia and members of the European Union. (learn more about renewable energy)
